Tiny White Itchy Bumps On Skin. Now there are tiny firm white bumps. Got home and stretched my skin back all bunched at bottom of the area. The causes of these bumps are many and varied. You will know if this common skin condition is to blame if the bumps have characteristic dimple-like centers.
